Will these rings turn my finger green?
For our Titanium and Stainless Steel collections: No! These materials are hypoallergenic and will not react with your skin or cause discoloration. They are safe to wear 24/7.
For our Alloy/Gold-Plated collections: While we use high-quality plating, alloy rings may react with skin acidity over time or if exposed to water/chemicals. We recommend removing these pieces before washing hands to preserve their color.
How do I know my ring size?
As our USP, most of our products are adjustable! Meaning you do not need to know your ring size!
We use standard US sizing. If you are unsure of your size, we recommend measuring the inner diameter of a ring you already own, or using a piece of string to measure the circumference of your finger. Check our Size Guide page for a conversion chart.
Can I shower with my jewellery on?
Our Titanium Steel and Stainless Steel items are waterproof and shower-safe. However, to keep the shine lasting as long as possible, we recommend avoiding exposure to harsh soaps and shampoos. For any item labeled "Alloy" or "Gold Plated," please remove before showering.
What if my item arrives damaged?
We inspect every item before shipping, but accidents can happen in transit. If your item arrives damaged, please email us a photo within 48 hours of delivery, and we will send a free replacement immediately.
Is my payment information secure?
Absolutely. We use industry-standard SSL encryption to protect your details. We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
